In recent years, Microflex has worked to continually improve existing products and to develop new, innovative technologies that are central to the Microflex mission. To support these goals, Microflex maintains a staff of scientists dedicated to the advancement of thin film polymer technology. Examples of work from our R&D team include the development of revolutionary products dating back to some of the first powder-free latex products, polymer-coated latex products, and the exciting choices in our market-leading synthetic portfolio of products today.
